This guide is general safety information. It is not medical advice, legal advice or professional security advice, and it is not a substitute for hands-on training or for the instructions of emergency services.
In any emergency, call your local emergency number and follow the directions of responders. First aid technique, including bleeding control, should be learned in a certified in-person course; the guide says so throughout and points you to where to find one. You are responsible for your own decisions and for judging what is appropriate to your situation.
A single downloadable PDF of 28 pages, in English, delivered immediately after payment clears. There is no physical product, no shipment and no subscription. Updates to future editions of this guide are provided at no additional cost to existing buyers.
Payment is processed by Hotmart, which acts as merchant of record and is responsible for the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply conversion or international fees we do not control. Delivery is by download link sent to the email address given at checkout.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide. You may read it, print it for your own household, and print the checklist pages as the guide invites you to.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, upload it to file-sharing or summary sites, publish it in whole or in substantial part, use it for commercial training, or claim it as your own work. The text, design and illustrations are protected by copyright.
The procedures in the guide are drawn from publicly available official guidance, including material published by Counter Terrorism Policing, FEMA/Ready.gov and the Stop the Bleed programme. This is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or produced in partnership with any of those organisations, and nothing here should be read as implying their approval.
The guide is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is complete, current, or suited to any particular situation, hazard or jurisdiction. Emergency guidance changes, and local rules and emergency numbers differ; always check with your own authorities.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the guide or your use of it is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor and any mandatory consumer protection in your own country.
A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.
How your data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
