You have two routes, and both work:

Hotmart is the merchant of record for this product. They take the payment and they issue the refund, which returns by the same method you paid with. We never hold your card details and cannot move money ourselves, so a refund always runs through them even when you ask us first.
Hotmart normally approves a valid refund within a few business days. After that, how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and can take one or two billing cycles for a credit card. Payment methods such as PIX or bank transfer usually return faster.
The guarantee period is 7 days from the date of purchase. After that we are not obliged to refund, though you are welcome to write to us if something went wrong — a file that never arrived or a download that will not open is a delivery problem, not a refund question, and we will fix it whenever you raise it.
This is a digital product. When a refund is issued, your access to the file is withdrawn and the licence granted in our Terms ends. Continuing to use or share a copy after a refund is not permitted.
Check your spam folder first, then the Hotmart purchase confirmation email, which carries the download link. If it still is not there, email support@lightsoutfieldguide.com and we will send it to you directly. A delivery failure is never a reason you should have to ask for a refund.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country — including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor in Brazil and statutory withdrawal rights for distance sales in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
